Terms And Conditions
	1. Booking deposit: Deposit equal to 20% of the rental fee is required to secure booking.  2. Utility Charges: Heat and electricity are extra. They are charged on a per-unit basis and paid on departure.  3. Balance of Payment: Paid on departure or 4-6 weeks prior to arrival depending on lenght of stay.  4. Full payment required in cancellation within 8 weeks of arrival date.
